 SOCIAL SCIENCES programme is designed for students to understand the human interactions along with the social institutions in which these occur. The disciplines covered would be to adopt scientific methods with special emphasis on quantitative rather than qualitative approaches. Various aspects covered in these short courses would highlight on how our own society works – from the causes of unemployment or what helps economic growth, to how and why people vote, or what makes people happy. It will provide vital information for governments and policymakers, local authorities, non-governmental organisations and learn from the European and American History, how they were dealt in the past. Thus this uniquely crafted trans-disciplinary course will enable you to explore common principles and processes governing survival, growth,development, evolution and social revolution applicable to all fields such as awareness, social energy, organisation, networks, language, law, technology,money, complexity, power, culture, values, consciousness and ways of knowing.

European History

European history has been very fascinating right from the England’s lead in challenging the Catholic Church’s authority to political, societal, and cultural changes. This course outlines how different countries reacted to the reformation,from the to the changes in Eastern Europe to the famous reformers in Switzerland. Our Educators team have divided this fascinating history into smaller interesting sessions  on how various European countries have been affected. Students will see how royal families fared in there formation and how commoners’ lives changed as well.

American History

Embark into the journey to explore American history from Native American Origin & Cultures, the colonial period of wars & colony, the revolution that introduced the continental congress and the stamp act. Over the course topics such as the young republic of federalists & articles of confederation and the expansion of political reform & turmoil of first Industrial revolution would be discussed.

Government and Politics

This course aims to highlight the current aspects that government needs dealing within the world. Various aspects covered in these short courses would highlight on how our own society works – from the causes of unemployment or what helps economic growth, to how and why people vote, or what makes people happy. It will provide vital information for governments and policymakers, local authorities, non-governmental organisations. Complex issues such as money,policies, law and Politics will be elaborated over the course.

Each session include Study skills, Critical Thinking, Career development, site visits and cultural programme) per week;

Site visits and cultural programme in the afternoons, Monday to Friday;

Obtain “Certificate of Achievement” and report/feedback on completion
