Payment of Fees

The tuition fee for your programme will be as stated in the programme description.

In order to register for a one-day programme at least 50% of the course fees must be paid within 4 weeks before starting the programme.

In order to register for our summer/fall programme, a full payment should be done with a minimum of two months in advance. The accommodation will not be confirmed unless payment has been received.

Services

The company reserves the right to change details of its services, programmes, facilities and programmes dates, where circumstances beyond the company’s control necessitate such changes or where the number of registrations is not enough to operate a course viably. In the unlikely event that the Company is unable to deliver your course in full, you may be offered registration in a suitable alternative course by the Company at no extra cost. You have the right to choose whether you would prefer to cancel the course (terms and conditions apply), or to accept a place on another course. If there are less than specified students, alternative arrangements will be made to an equal or to a greater value will be substituted.

Changes to Registrations

The company reserves the right to charge an Administration Fee (GB £50) each time the programme or accommodation details are changed after a place has been confirmed.

General Cancellation and Withdrawal policy

A) Cancellations before Arrival

• If a course is cancelled more than 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge £100 cancellation fee.
• If a course is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total fees to cover accommodation and administrative fees.

B) No refunds will be made in the following circumstances

• The students need to leave the programme or the country due to unexpected, unexplained personal reasons.

C) Cancellations after Arrival

• If a student decides to cancel their programme, no refund will be given.

D) Accommodation refunds before Arrival

• In the event of students cancelling their accommodation for the summer programmes in less than 14 days before arrival will be charged one week’s accommodation.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival, full accommodation fee will be charged.

E) Accommodation refunds after Arrival

• Students leaving their accommodation must give at least 1 week notice in writing. Full accommodation fee will be charged.
